day 3

managed to survive thru 2 days.. the 3rd day has now arrived.. another day where my will power will be tested, especially when i'm going to be in a meeting where the usual breakfast menu is nasi lemak ayam and telur goreng.. one of my favorite menu.. is this the time for me to use the "indulge urself once a week" trump card??? tempting as it may sound.. when i start using an excuse.. then everyday i'm sure there will be other excuses.. dear god please give me the strength

day 2

good morning everybody.. 2nd day of my diet is coming up.. today is a working day so what should i eat? theres not much choice here.. got mamak got gerai2 melayu (or are they indons?) nasi lemak? roti canai? really spoil my diet plans if i eat our world famous malaysian diet.. breakfast alone is almost 1000 calories.. well for those who are dieticians.. is 1500 calories a day sufficient for a man to sustain his energy and lose weight at the same time??

11 jam kemudian

now its 2pm.. roughly about 11 hours after my first entry.. ive eaten twice.. toasted bread without butter and kaya for breakfast.. and salmon sashimi for lunch.. im trying to follow what the prophet mohammad said "eat when u r hungry but stop b4 u r full"

well the matter now, is im feeling hungry again eventhough i just ate like 30 minutes ago.. is it true that u must eat often but in tiny portions so that my metabolisme can increase? this baffles me.. doesnt eating often adds more to ur weight?

pukul 3 pagi

its 3 am and i am still awake.. im not sleepy at all.. well at least tomorrow is sunday.. i want to start another new target.. yet again.. why yet again? i've been on and off diets so many times.. but i really should start dieting.. and stick to it.. last i weighed my self my weight was 184kg.. where as my ideal weight according to my 184cm height should be 85 to 90 kg.. wow!!! about 94kg to lose.. funny ain't it.. my weight ratio is like 1kg per cm...

i've tried those diet milk shakes.. i've tried not eating.. i've tried taking appettite suppressant.. i've tried xenical ( makes ur ass get oily)... but the best was when i didnt take rice at all.. i lost like 30kg.. i am no diet expert but it seems that no rice works best.. but when u refer to the food pyramid there should be some portion rice intake.. what is a portion? how much is a portion? why is it that when i eat with my skinny tiny friends they eat double the portion that i eat.. and they are still tiny and skinny.. it makes me wonder.. is it because i am eating too little?

well as of today... june the 28th 2009.. i am going to start another diet journey.. hope this time it will last and i can reach my ideal weight target.. for those who will follow my blog.. do pray for me and give me motivation and encouragement.. thank you
